мσтħєɾ'ѕ đåу

Yay for these two amazing boys for making me a mom!! I really got spoiled with these guys!
My favorite men supporting my little side gig. I love this hat...and what?? I'm posting not 1, but 2 pictures without makeup!! What has the world come to!? Oh wait...I have R+F to thank!
All I wanted to do was hike today. We haven't had great weekend weather lately, so today we got our first hike in. There were storms brewing, so we stayed close by.

Storm is getting closer!

Picture perfect! We almost beat the rain... it was still a beautiful morning to get out and get active!

Reece decided to sing in the Maroon Bel Canto Children's Choir through Aspen Music Festival and School.
He got to perform in the beautiful Harris Music Hall as well. I love listening to kids sing...I never tried an instrument growing up, but I did sing!
Reece, top row...bright blonde. My camera was not the best for this picture!

A week later he had his 5th grade music program. My favorite was his class singing "I'm On Top of the World."
But next year it's back to the bottom as 6th graders! ;)

Reece and his buddy, Luke. These two are inseparable and probably future trouble!!

Riley had another successful year of Lead Guitar through Aspen Music Festival and School. This is his final concert in the beautiful Harris Music Hall in Aspen.

Now Riley will continue his online lesson with Jaxon...Jaxon has mentioned how Riley has recently improved greatly! This kid is balancing the classic guitar, electric guitar for Jazz Band and his trombone. He's musically talented!

Riley tried something new this year... TRACK!
He tried long jump, 100 meter hurdles, and he varied between 200, 400 and 800 meter races.
He had a lot of fun...although he is learning the hard way that sports and music often clash, which thankfully hasn't put us in too big of a pickle...yet!

Going through pics...this is the kid I'm about to send off to high school. I love this kid so much...he is truly so comfortable in his own skin and I'm so proud of him!
