ᗷᒪOG ᖴIᑎᗩᒪE

Check out my most "liked" pictures of 2016!
Poor Riley got cropped out of a couple...sad. :(
2016 threw some obstacles our way, but we have so much to be grateful for! We're really catching on to this living and loving every day of our life thing! Yay us!

Riley has pushed himself in basketball. It did not go unnoticed by the varsity coach. After  being one of the only C Team players to make it to every single "voluntary" practice over break, he was gifted these brand new Stephen Curry shoes. Pretty sweet! He's just so awesome and I'm so proud!

Reece is starting his basketball season too... he's only had a few practices. Once January rolls around we are going to be crazy busy with games. I think I'm going to love it, but the next couple months will be flying by!

So you may have caught on to this blog title...I'm debating on hanging up my blogging shoes. I can't guarantee I will not hop back on, but let's face it...I'm not doing so well at keeping up.

The embarrassing truth is, as technology evolves, I get stressed out figuring out what's changed since the last time I blogged and why transferring my pictures seem to be getting more and more difficult. Blogging has literally become a stressful job! Let face it--I've got 99 problems, and technology is about 90 of them!! That, and as the boys get older, my time seems to get more limited by the day. So...this may be my last post or maybe my last post just for a long while. (It's sad just typing these words.) We will see how things playout. Have a blessed 2017 friends!!

So I have a new hobby! I'm obsessed with my lashes (just ask Jake)... I've loved all of my R+F products because of how much they have rescued my acne prone skin, buuuut these results from Lash Boost have been almost hard to believe! Even when I see my very own pics!!

Reece got to enjoy an exciting Steelers win on Christmas day! Woohoo!
AFC Central conference champs!!

And after pulling off Christmas, Jake and I deserved a little treat!
Keeping it real!

The next day we finally got to see Rogue One... I think it got mixed reviews, but it was mandatory to see in theaters.

I love waking to this during the winter!

The boys' first ski day!
With Jake's surgery, we opted to sit out this year. But Jake has a goal of hitting up Copper Mountain for Spring Break.

Sitting the sidelines...a little boring, but at least I had good company!

Terrible picture!! (I guess that's what I get for sitting in the very last row) But Riley is rocking the trombone section during his Christmas concert--he's the one standing with the red hat on. It's so fun listening to the band get and sound better year after year!

A dozen donuts for turning 12!

Reece had a pretty good birthday. Soccer stuff, football stuff and a Roethlisberger jersey! Woohoo!

Deep thoughts by Reece.

The following Saturday we took Luke to Get Air. I accidentally took all videos with Boomerang...which was awesome, but not for the blog. They had a blast!

And the long awaited "I get to call shotgun now." I had to take a picture of his first time in the front seat...he's been waiting for this day for awhile. I'm not sure I feel the same way. My baby is 12. :(

Riley made the C Team. I'm so proud of this kid. He has pushed himself harder than ever before...this kid literally has no quit!! He had a few games before break... January is going to be busy!!
Riley getting fouled... he went on to make his free throws.

These boys are 2-1 as of now. Lots of basketball to go!

Go #12!

At my work, we get spoiled around the holidays. This year we were treated to the Glenwood Vaudeville as a family. The food was amazing and my cheeks hurt from all the laughing! Jake seems to draw attention his way. This is the second time we've attended and the ladies seem to choose him to flirt and sing to! Good times!

It's New Year's Eve and I'm a mad rush to get caught up on the blog!!
Here I go!

I was struck down big time on Thanksgiving morning. I haven't had a migraine in so long and I was literally down for the count. Jake was literally 3 weeks out from his surgery and it was his birthday!! What are the chances!!
Thank goodness he's amazing and he rocked out our meal for our family. It was amazing!

This was our very first Thanksgiving with just the four of us!
And our second year of our super casual "Thankful" table cloth! I love it!!

Selfie stick outtakes! ;)

Hey! My head is pounding, but we need our selfie stick to be working! Haha!
